You can directly place an order on SogoBeauty online store www.beauty.sogogoods.com, you can register on SogoBeauty and place your order anytime. Here is the step to step guide for placing an order. 1. Add items to your cart. 2. Checkout. 3. Fill in/Verify your email and address. 4. Double check the order detail and the amount of the order. 5. Select the payment method for your order. 6. Click the place order button. 7. After placing the order, you will see a page of summarizing your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order on SogoBeauty. Please go to My Account on SogoBeauty website, you can view your orders in My Account and do cancel before the goods is delivered. If you want to change your order, you can cancel the old order and place a new order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You need to register in SogoBeauty before you can place an order.

How can I register?

You can do the registration through SogoBeauty website. There is an account icon on the right top of the home page, click and then select the register tab. In the register tab you can input your name and email to do the registration, also you can just use your facebook or google account to login as a fast registration method.

What are the benefits of registering as a member?

Members can get coupons, enjoy exclusive discounts and points accumulation among other benefits.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can trace your order through My Account page in SogoBeauty. Go to My Account -> Orders, click the track shippment button to track your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

We offer 7-days free return. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy and contact with our customer service for your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How can I check the available coupons and store credits?

You can check the available coupons and store credits in My Account-> COUPONS.

How can I get a coupon code?

Coupon codes are distributed through our mailing list, social media, or specific promotional events.

How do use the coupons?

You can check and use the available coupons at My Account-> COUPONS. Just go to My Account -> COUPONS, and click the coupons you want to use, the discount will be automatically applied in the cart. Or you can input the coupon name at the Cart or Checkout page.

Do coupons have an expiration date?

Yes, each coupon has a specific validity period. Please read the terms carefully before use.

Can I use multiple coupons on one order?

Generally, only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You can check My Account -> Orders to view all of your orders there. You will find the specific order if your order was placed successfully.

Currently, we do not offer installment payment services.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are calculated based on order size and delivery location and will be provided at checkout. We offer free delivery for orders over 3000 PESOS nationwide in the Philippines.

What is the COD Fee

The COD Fee is charged by the courier company not SogoBeauty. The courier company will charge 2.5% of the total amount they collected. You can use the Bank Transfer or GCash payment method to avoid this COD Fee.

Can I choose the delivery time?

Currently, we cannot offer specific delivery times, but we are working to provide more flexible delivery services in cooperation with courier companies.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of damage, and we will process it as quickly as possible.

Can I return opened cosmetics?

For hygiene reasons, only unopened products can be returned. Please see our return and exchange policy for details.

If a product doesn't suit me, can I exchange it for another?

Yes, if the product is unopened, you may exchange it for another of equal value, but you will be responsible for the delivery charges.

We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. You can also check the Bar Code and the Batch Code of the product to proof the authenticity.

Why are your prices lower than those available in Malls?

One of the main reasons our products are priced lower is because we purchase them in bulk from duty free suppliers, which gives us a lower purchasing price. Additionally, our online store does not pay rent and large overhead expenses common in mall stores. Therefore, the savings we make can be passed on to our buyers through lower prices for our products.

Yes, all our products undergo rigorous dermatological testing and are suitable for various skin types.
